Not wishing to end up with another studio nude I did my usual thing of putting her in a landscape. Leaning on a chair became impossible. So the rock and bow appeared. The pig was an afterthought. It all works because the light is on the top of the torso, with the bottom in shadow, echoing the landscape light.Iam suprised that people like this painting.
